Misheard lyrics 2
Sometimes it is very difficult to hear song lyrics, although the internet pretty much means you can now look up the correct version. Here is another that I have misheard.
The Automatic - Monster.
Actual Lyric:
"What's that coming over the hill
Is it a monster? Is it a monster?"
My version:
"What's that coming over the hill
Is it a boxster? Is it a boxster?"
As in Porsche boxster, coming over the brow of a hill on the road. Seemed much more logical to me and it had the added benefit of making the song a solid driving song for true petrolheads.

Ah, but that would turn away the true petrolhead, as they'd never be seen dead in a boxter, as everyone knows you only buy a boxter if you want, but can't afford a 911.
ah but would it not appeal in the sense that a boxter is a monster. so in a way the song in the petrol head version still makes sense, as a car 'monster' is coming over the hill/
